These lightweight shoulder pads fit close to the body and won t get in the way of your mobility. For protection, they feature lightweight, medium-density foams as well as a hard, molded-plastic insert in the sternum guard for extra impact dispersion. The spine guard is likewise equipped, and plastic inserts can also be found in the bicep guards.
